I have been working since 1994 as a class teacher in a Viennese Primary School, with a focus on progressive education. The needs and developmental potential of the individual child form the backbone of my teaching. This is also true for my teaching of art.
Children can work without inhibitions, producing pieces about their own feelings and experiences, about themselves and their whole world. They often amaze themselves... and me!
Ever since my childhood I´ve been fascinated by the opportunities provided by artistic expression. For me this provides not only balance and relaxation, but also a direct communication with the soul.
During my training as a painting and creative therapist I´ve built up a treasure trove of paintings about different themes in life – my own personal treasure trove. I would like to pass on my experiences of how working with creative materials both enriches and is a calming influence in my life.
