Room For Creativity

My gallery

in Baumannstrasse 7/16, 1030 Vienna

is specially equipped for artistic needs and offer space and materials for sketching, painting, working with colour, creating collages, and much more.

Materials provided include acrylic paints, water colours, gouache, oil and pastel crayons, charcoal, graphite, coloured pencils, in addition to brushes, spatulas, sponges and many types of paper.

Canvas can also be provided upon request, and with a supplementary payment.

These materials and colours, through their differing properties, provide the means of externalising your inner pictures and emotions.

One can also find some space for creativity in your own home. Here are some hints and tips:

A Picture-Rich Diary

You need:

  • Coloured pencils (I love those you can use with water), pencils, felt tips, whatever you would like to use. You could also try water colours.

  • A nice book with thick pages, preferably drawing paper.

  • Some time, daily, or 10 minutes whenever you feel like it.

Frida Kahlos`diary work is rightly famous for the pictures, sketches and paintings. You don´t need to aim so high. Simply paint something from your soul, find a way to express a special experience or feeling through a painting, express a wish through colour...the opportunities are endless.

As well as the fun with this type of diary!

Fairy Dust (For Children)

Put down a piece of paper and your favourite colours next to it. Close your eyes and imagine that a fairy has landed on your windowsill. You let her into your room. She chats and plays with you. She turns you into....whatever you like! Paint what happened to you? Where were you, what did you experience?

You will certainly find somebody to show your picture to and be able to explain it (sometimes even adults don´t always understand things properly without the help of children...)

Come and visit me again! There will always be new ideas to add colour to your life. When you wish to be kept fully up-to-date please take a copy of my newsletter.
